  I was honestly surprised at how bad the experience was during my first visit. Walking in there was nobody to greet you or give direction. Walked aimlessly to the outdoor area and had to ask if we should just sit down. Service was very slow and the food was poor on top of it. This was my first poor experience at any restaurant in Ferndale.
