  I brought my car in to get my grinding brake pads replaced and had a very nice experience with Suburban Ford of Ferndale's service team. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the dealership only had my car for the day, then I was able to pick it up. I had a lot of questions in regards to why my brake pads needed to be replaced and Mike, the service manager, was very helpful in explaining the situation. I would definitely recommend for your service needs.
